It is getting better. I feel like a different person this morning. I wonder who?
. I will be ready to handle what's coming. I want to have as many sober days as I can get. So grateful that I feel stronger.
I can't wait to get through work today so I can work on my recovery some more. Reading and meditation is helping so much.

07:00 EDT and another 24 for me! 16 days down and humbly asking for 24 hours more.
Suze / Venus - I am also going back to school - started on Tuesday. Graduated and got a degree back in 1989, but have been procrastinating on getting the next level done for the last couple decades. Still working full time, so taking it one course at a time...kinda like we all take it 24 hours at time here. 😎
