Thank you for the love, support and outreach regarding the Alzheimers diagnosis in my family. I'll be the main caregiver and I appreciate everyone who is willing to share their experience, strength and hope about living with this horrible disease. It is the 6th leading cause of death in the U.S.
I will NOT drink over it but I am worried that the personal growth in my Recovery will be affected.

Then, off to take my 4 year old granddaughter to her first ballet recital. She is so excited. It's adorable to watch the final result, but reminds me why I was never a "dance mom" for my own daughter. The preparation is high anxiety. 
I will stay close to SR tonight.
