I think I'm at a month today too....well, my last drink was March 8....so we're pretty close, Kiki! Let's keep going!
Been up since 3:30 so I'm getting a little delirious....as U can see from the pic I posted.....that lil' guy just cracks me up!
Went to the gym after work ~ it's taken a year to lose 8 pounds. Fatty liver? Better keep going!
So then I went for another walk since it's so nice out.....fell in love with a house for sale. I've never owned a house before. 3br/2ba....Too bad I don't have any $$$ ~ I'd have to finance the down payment! LOL ~ Trying not to kick myself too much since all the $ I've spent drinking over the years could've easily been that down payment. But I also don't want roommates....it would be perfect for the dogs that I want, room for an art studio and a drum set! Guess I should play the lottery too! This girl sure can dream!

Congrats on day 30 Kiki and Purp! And 2 weeks PR! 
My kitty sings that food bowl is empty song often. Even when the bowl isn't empty he sings that song. Just likes me to top it off. Brat!

Morning class!!
Sitting here sipping my startin' fluid and getting ready to face the day. Not sure what it holds but the birds are chirping so it can't be that bad.

Morning everyone!
It's a beautiful day here, too. My daughter wants to have a picnic and egg hunt in our back yard. Not much else planned for today. Need to watch out for the old hag again. The nice weather brought her out yesterday and now today is even nicer.

Day 10. Back to double digits.
Work this morning/afternoon. Probably go to an AA meeting tonight but I might just chill at home since there's a bunch of great television on.

CW- that reminded me of something my sponsor told me. He once told his sponsor that it was raining and was so very tired was not going to a meeting that night. His sponsor said 'that never stopped you when you wanted to buy booze'. Just a thought. I grumpily with little grace accept this sage advice- sometimes.
Today (autumn) has been the real first getting towards winter day/night. Really strong winds, rain- the temp was 29 yesterday- 18C today. Tonight going outside for a health ciggie, my mind automatically reacted to that first chilly bite in the air. It reminded me so much of this time last year- living in a boarding house. I had to dress in trackies, plus a jumper, and a day winter coat and dressing gown, to sleep- to keep out the cold. I am so much in a better place and frame of mind a year later. Then- every day was horror and pain and fear. Now I paint (not happy with work on new mp- but enjoy that fact) , share crappy jokes and am planning for stuff in the future,.
