Another 24.
Great run this morning. Got in packing. H and I went on a walk around one of our Redwood Parks and got lost. We found a scary looking Manor at the end of a road. Pretty neat stuff. Its like a Portlandia episode around here. The sun comes out and so does every single person in the city. Hoola hooping and cartwheeling. Its quite the scene.

6:49 in California and checking in for another 24. Spent the day with my kiddos, Yesterday while we were on a walk I told my oldest I needed a gym partner and some motivation. She got all of us to the gym for close to two hours today.
Very excited to hit 15 months today along with Bandi, my sober twin.

Started my day off with a good BB meeting, working on getting in 16,000 steps (to celebrate the beginning of month 16) and will end the day with some great music and fellowship at church.
The past week brought some bad health news and a flood in the lower level of our home. By practicing gratitude and digging deep into my tool box, I worked through it in a calm and rational manner (with just a few panicked moments) Life will go on whether we drink or not and drinking will always make a bad situation worse.
