I know how much you miss Larry , but he would not want you to be stagnated.
it's time to move on sweetheart & I know he will be guiding you from above .
Why don't you bite the bullet and take a holiday to Australia . :-) I'd happily put you up . I think we would get on famously xxx
Angie is a very strong person Leshar but she has lobular stage 2 breast cancer that's spreading.
She is at the happiest time in her life that she has ever been in all her life.
Literally the love of her life, she just turned 71 , she turned to me and said if I die I have to accept it , but I don't want to be sick, ravaged with cancer then die.
I totally understand her. I'm so lucky to have such a beautiful friend

Bloody hot here still in Adelaide ....it's supposed to be Autumn wtf ...and we are having a heatwave !!!!! Arghhhhhhhhh

I'm off to pick up Mum & Dad. Dad has to have a biopsy on a lump on his leg that's has grown very quickly . It didn't look bad to me though. We have a big list of potential cancers etc to look at on our work chart. Just hoping it's a cyst or wart of some kind.
Mum has been wearing her heart monitor for a week and going back for her results. I'm sure they will be fine . She is looking really well & feels good .

Yes Dee, I've had cravings big time. But they only last for about 10
Minutes so the secret is working through that .
As soon as I feel it coming on I go to Mums for a coffee and I'm honest with them .
I can't ring Angie at the moment of course.
I saw my psych this morning and she was so lovely. But at the same time stern.
I'm staying around SR and reading ATM xxx

Thanks so much for thinking of me. You never know, I might take you up on your offer one day, during our winter! I always wanted to visit Australia, but Larry had no interest.
My psych has prescribed ketamine 1mg one day a week in addition to my anti depressants. It has to be made up at a compounding pharmacy, so I haven't got it yet. He thinks it may address the anhedonia. I'm not so keen on the idea, but will give it a try. The dragon lady at the theatre is giving me grief about props. I'm doing my best, and no one is helping me. I'm growing disillusioned with the place. It's very cliquey. I just don't seem to be liked, and I'm a friendly person.
Tired, I had a two hour walk.

Glad to hear you're getting through them Snooz - there's always the weekender thread or the Under One Years thread if this thread goes a bit quiet - just holler for support 
I hope the ketamine helps Leshar. I know nothing about it really,other than it has been a party drug.
I'd guess much higher doses tho.
