24 Hour Recovery Connections Part 204

Things I've done in the past 24 hours that would not have happened while drinking:
- healthy dinner
- walked 3 miles on an indoor track
- 8 hours of great sleep
- woke up by 7:30 am
- 1/2 hour weight lifting
- healthy breakfast
- 1 hour of reading/posting on SR
66 days today. It's amazing how much life can change in 2 months!
I'm in for another 24 please (10:15 am here).

12:03 on Friday and I am enjoying my last Friday off before returning to work. The kids have a minimum day so I am going to pick them up early and we are going out to lunch. I have already decided I am going to splurge and get something that has a few too many calories. I'll walk it off once I get back to work next week.
Just checked a bunch of books out of the library, so I am set for my before bed reading for a bit.
I have been dealing with a few work issues most of the morning, the idea to extend my disability a little longer has crossed my mind! I will definitely be jumping right back in Monday.

Been gone from the forums for awhile awhile but alive in the Spirit of sobriety. The Higher Power is present as I strive to be. It's 12:13 pm in breezy Southern California, and I commit to the next 24 hours.

Healing up pretty good. Still a little scratchy and a little blurry.
