9:09 in California and checking in for another 24. It is another rainy day in California, and weather reports have rain through Tuesday. It is definitely a good day to stay inside and snuggled up with a book. I am kind of glad I am home still. PT said there is a good chance that the doctor won't clear me for at least one more week. I will find out tomorrow.

Is it possible to step back a little from your sponsor if that is causing you undue stress? I am not in AA, so do not know much about how that works.
