Hey Sober Family. I missed check-in the last couple of days, but I'm sober. I had a good day today. I had a meeting at work followed by a meeting with my sponsor, and then a 12 and 12 meeting at the homegroup. I'm grateful that I don't have to live with the misery I once had. Today I have a spiritual toolkit to make it through the less-than-pleasant moments in life. My sponsor reminded me of that today. 24 more for me!!!

Late for me tonight. I was watching this new TV show with Ken, " The Mick". Bad behavior but really funny ! Then Ken went to pick up a friend to go to an H.A. Mtg.

Put me down for another 24 please.
I'm feeling a bit raw and tender today. Too many memories floating around up there. Some happy, some not. Nostalgia has its place but I'm right here and right now, this is my life, so trying to focus on the many blessings right in front of me, rather than hankering for how things were. That's hard sometimes.

I try to remember that, because I can be very bogged down by the past.
In fact, it's rather a big problem for me. Not sure if it helps or not.
