Hi Kane, I took up biking a few years ago & love it! It doesn't give me the same endorphins as running but it's sure a lot easier on my knees & hips. I started off with an inexpensive hybrid bike and upgraded this year to a light & fast road bike. They are both fun but I use my hybrid now for off trail only. Have fun with your next adventure!
