It's day 65 for me. I've been tempted again but have waited and thought about things people have said to me on here. It is helping me to go through it.
I just had a large dinner and I don't know if this happens for anyone else but once I've had something to eat to the point where I'm full I don't feel like drinking anything. So hopefully I will be OK now for the night.
There is going to be a load of booze around on Christmas Day so this will be really difficult.
