More cleaning and getting rid of stuff today... It is so satisfying.

I was a borderline hoarder for a long time. Now chucking things out feels very empowering

Just snuggling down after a busy day. A great sober one getting ready for family visiting tomorrow. Very grateful to be sober on the lead up to Christmas. Family time......perfect xxx

Checking in for 24 hours. Well done to the milestoners ! Let loving kindness and happiness fill your day and evening. That is something we can always have more of

Christmas is a great time. Everyone is happier and more generous. I felt a little dull yesterday as I was thinking of myself. Then given the mission of buying gifts, I felt my heart lighten and threw all my energy into it. I fell so fortunate to be able to buy nice gifts this year. Giving always feels sooooo gooood

Another 24 hours of serenity, compassion and sobriety pls ! Its 10:21am here !
