About my depression problems: I figure it should be made known that I have clinical depression which was diagnosed long before I started drinking to 'self-medicate'. Needless to say, self medicating with alcohol was a mistake that made
things infinitely worse. Since stopping drinking, I've had only two espidodes. One last winter when I just sorta rode it out. This time, am actually trying to use recommended methods to lighten the depression. This is progess!!
And I have sobriety to thank for it.
