Hello my beautiful friends....and the weather is a dream for me Captain.
It is absolutely never this cool at this time of year.
People are whining.

I have a few days until it's 30 and 33, and I'm very happy to know that it is going to go back to 19. And anyway, this will be my last summer here. That makes it all more bearable. I'm just going to get as fit and healthy as I can, and take advantage of the beautiful beach I live next to....lots of walking.

Trying to be strong, trying to pretend I'm alright, but I'm not.
I feel so alone. No, that's not true....I feel so lonely.
This is an unknown feeling for me....I have always been so strong by myself.
Now I am one of two, and I feel a bit lost.

I know I sound like a baby right now.....kind of pathetic. I can do better.
It's just the shock of being home, back in my life, and not being with Nick.
I know how very blessed I am, and in a short time this will be but a memory.
I know that....it's just a rough night.

You won't believe it Mags, but my asthma completely disappeared while I was in Ohio....it's just completely gone.

And yes, I miss him, so very much.
