Hi,
It feels like it's been a long day. I missed not having our son at the morning meeting today. But, when I got home he had written us a note on Facebook. He's in training, very long hours, and that he loves his "Dream Job"!

So, I'll be checking in for the next 24,

Happy sober day to those dedicating their time and focus to remaining alcohol free. I just completed day 8. It was the first day that I haven't had any anxiety today and that was a great feeling. I would like to ask for 24 more. My thoughts, love and prayers to anyone struggling with cravings, depression, anxiety, sleeplessness, sickness... you can overcome this.
