(((Aellyce)))- I'm so sorry. Glad you are with us though and hope we can be part of your sober toolbox.

About Yets: I have a lot of those. There is this driving scenario I use for my sobriety journey and I have one about Yets.
(Sorry in advance but fwiw here it is.)

I'm driving on a coastal road. Below me, there is a boat full of Yets. When I was drinking, there I was, AV in control, and a couple of Alreadys beside me (namely mental 'health' in the gutter and a body that was starting to rebel)

Since the AV had control of the wheel, I was in a slow skid that could very easily have turned into a full-on *careening* towards the Yets. Who knows what I would have met?

Our kids are on Spring Break now through all of next week. We are on "Staycation" which is a-ok by me!

Wahoo!!! I made it! I wasn't sure it was gonna happen today. The continuing saga of internet issues plaque our neighborhood. Not sure exactly what THEY are doing or why it seems to make our internet sporadic, but I'm pretty darn sure they aren't gonna lower our bill for the inconvenience. LOL!
Anyway, I'm here!!!

Today is gonna be a day of tending to the home front.

I should add that we live out in the woods on the outskirts of town, so sometimes our neighborhood is the last to get services of any kind. That's fine. I like living with the deer and squirrels and quiet.
