You've done it again....yummy!! I'm making a carrot cake for this Sunday's meeting. And, I tend to use my Bundt pan for baking. To hey always come out looking good. So, thanks for this idea.

Happy to report I made it through my biggest test so far. I showed up, bowled my games, and only drank two mellow yellows tonight. My bowling team and our waitress were in shock/disbelief when I told them I would not be having any beer this evening. Our team is one of the rowdier teams in the league and as team captain I guess I have always led the way in making us one of the favorite stops for the waitress.
My actual bowling scores weren't as successful as my sobriety effort, but that's another story...

Bro and NGB - hang in there. It gets better.
As for me, I met with my sponsor today, and he helped me rethink my recovery and sort through a few of my issues. There's a lot of prayer and meditation in my immediate future, but I am determined to continue down the path of recovery. Do I work the program perfectly? Absolutely not!!! But I take it one day at a time and work it to the best of my ability. One thing I have realized despite my faults and pitfalls - my recovery means the world to me, far too much to give up now!
So with that said, here's to 24 more!!!
