I think I will be posting twice a day is that's ok, I woke up with anxiety and hope and reassurance that I'm healing, for the past few days my rollercoaster is daily, but I love being sober .
willingness, acceptance, patience, letting go.
24 hrs. for this so confuse inactive alcoholic.

7.20am UK time, day 20 for me. Still wet and windy. On call was tough yesterday- not on call today though so hopefully will be better!
