I had better start doing this again (24 hr thread). I have had five binges since mid-December and for a while I lost or discarded the intention to live sober. I am sick in the head and need a daily routine to help me live sober and healthy.

well I'm so grateful to all of you, for your wonderful and strong support it did help me so much, went for a coffee with my new sponsor went to a meeting last night.
still hurt losing this relationship hurts a lot and I'm an emotional guy, anyway she got to do was is best for her and her family I'm going to miss my best friend, but life keep going and you guys show me that a drink or drug will not solve my emotional problems. I be coming here for 2 years and 8 months and you help me so much that for that I'm grateful to my HP that I choose to call God for each and every one of you to put you in this path and walk together for a while. Thank you, Muchas Grasias, Merci. God bless each of you.
