Congratulations milestoners.
A taste of freedom today, for years I have been racked by anxiety to the point where I couldn't drive, one of the things I have been overcoming in sobriety is getting behind the wheel. Today I have been out Christmas shopping on my own , I live in an isolated area and it is a 100 km round trip to the nearest town to shop , to be able to get in the car and do this on my own leaves me with such a buzz. I still get nervous before I go but "I am doing it".

Thanks a bunch Kris for previous pic post coz needed that reminder today. Called ga dmv to c what needed to do & get license back;besides fine & other things, the rep said I had wait 2 yrs!!...which already have gone thru. But she told me call back tomm for dept that handles my issue. Said 1st paragraph of pg 417 to myself & knew 'twas ok! 24

This was day 3 for me and it was extremely tough, the day I used to break down. I had some powerful cravings, but I powered through, thanks mostly to you and my commitment to this thread. Give me another 24 from the Gulf Coast of Florida at midnight.
