Congratulations milestoners.
A taste of freedom today, for years I have been racked by anxiety to the point where I couldn't drive, one of the things I have been overcoming in sobriety is getting behind the wheel. Today I have been out Christmas shopping on my own , I live in an isolated area and it is a 100 km round trip to the nearest town to shop , to be able to get in the car and do this on my own leaves me with such a buzz. I still get nervous before I go but "I am doing it".

Not in a happy place. Scared for her, impossible to explain to the children why mummy is upset. I need to talk to someone but don't know where to start.
