Checking in tonight. Going for another 24 hours at 5:12p CST. Congratulations to Odelle, BigShoe, Charleesavedme, and Clownbaby on reaching new milestones today! To celebrate your amazing accomplishments, today we have a Graham Cracker Eclair Cake. Keep up the great work! Altoids-so glad you enjoyed looking at the cake! Half the fun is seeing what kinds of cakes there are. Maybe I'll find a clean cake eventually. No luck so far. Neonew and Supertired-so glad you are both back recommitting to recovery and here with us. Augusta1893-welcome! *hugs* Airwick and VikingGF-it's wonderful to see you! Erfra-So sorry to hear what you've been dealing with, but I love your attitude.
Congrats everyone:-)
Efra, I just wanted to say I admire you, going through a breakup is hard enough, cutting the tip of your finger, I forgot the other... I do belive you are a member of the No Matter What Club. Good stuff!,

Guess I missed yesterday. First time in over 15 months. I was still sober so I guess that's all that matters.
I've been a bit MIA this month - strange month. Hubby had to come home early from his tour due to continued threats in Europe. That was a bummer on many fronts. It was a blessing in disguise though because his sweet little 97 year old grandmother passed the day after he got home. We're celebrating her life today. 97 years & she went peacefully in her sleep. We should all be so blessed.
Hugs & love & hope & light to all.

Wow; 97 years old. Think of how much she experienced in her life!!!!
I am sorry about your husband's tour; let's keep looking towards the goodness in this life - the goodness in this world - as it far outweighs the evil..
well is Saturday, is not being a good week, lower back pain is back with a vengeance, I cut the tip of my finger with skil saw and I broke up with my girlfriend, all those are a good excuses to go and take a drink, but the true is
never we have a good excuses .
is I stay in gratitude and acceptance I don't have to have that first drink, God is guiding me and is I let him and not take control of my life back it will be wonderful.
