Hi V and happy Monday to you!

I hope the weekend is wrapping up nicely for the rest of the gang. Unexpected guests today kept me busy....was glad to have lots of leftover food to share. I wrapped today up putting together a new patio heater as the other one bit the dust. I'm expecting to have coffee with my sis tomorrow morning and we'll get to use the new one. Should be fun as my sister is a great conversationalist.

The ten day forecast still shows no frost....nothing close really......that's unusual even for here but fine by me. Not really using heat or AC, I'll enjoy that while it lasts.

Party over, TG! Those girls can get loud! They had fun, ate a lot, and played Dance, Dance Revolution on the X-Box. A few isolated with their phones, but most were very social and are good friends to our girl. . I have some leftover taco fixings, so dinner is all set for tomorrow. Taco salad for lunch too.

Did not eat well or exercise this weekend, but my legs ache from cleaning and standing all night. Hope that counts for something.

The Beatles, "Meet The Beatles" was my first record album, though I got it some years after its release. I had spent a summer vacation at older cousins' house and fell in love with their Beatles records. I always loved George the most.

I have SO many allergies that I can't buy any of those beautiful smelling soaps and lotions. But I love Bergamot.... it smells like heaven to me.

Mmmm, I like Bergamot too, V. We have to be careful of allergies here too. No nut idols for daughter, and I have generally sensitive skin. It is usually clear, but I never use much makeup due to general sensitivity, as well. So, custom blends are appealing.

I have skin like yours phoebe....and if I listed the things I am allergic to, it would go for a whole page. Really. Did you see that movie when we were young called The Boy In The Plastic Bubble? John Travolta when he was a teenager, so gorgeous...anyway...that's me. I can't go to restaurants because all of the perfume makes me so ill I pass out. As do the fumes in the city centre here...

I knew I was allergic to wine the first time I tried it. And I hated it. It was literally poison to me...hmm. Craziness.

I'm allergic as well, Venus. It feels crazy to think that I was knowingly poisoning myself... Yuck!

And now I'm on a mission to get my health back...gotta make some changes in my diet that I know work for me but I don't enjoy doing...like cutting out dairy and gluten, another slight allergy. I don't mind almond milk, but I miss cheeeeeeeese. Lol. Instead of gumbo tonight, I made another huge pot of chicken soup cuz it was easier. This time I added lots of ginger, lemon zest, and kale. It is soooo good.

This weekend just flew right by me. And the clock says I'd better hit the sack...sleep is another factor that I'm tackling.
