I'm doing well....just a bit hectic now and then! I don't even have any desire to drink, so that is positive

Hi SR? My phone was stolen on thur @ work in the break room. I've been trying to get my Sup to have security look @ camera but she's been "dodging" me for lack of better word. This has been the most trying thing for me in sobriety & surprisingly didn't think of a drink but instead prayed for the thief so they don't occupy my head. Haven't had time to go thru posts but will when get phone back or new one. Hit two mtgs tonite after going four days w/o one due to work. 24 pls

My primary stressor at work was out sick today. As much as I hope she feels better (because being sick sucks) I sure wouldn't mind another stress-free day tomorrow

Ill be stopping by my parents tomorrow who are both boozers and ill be dropping a bomb on em. Telling them I am moving out of state. They will be sad and tears will happen, but before then ill be offered drinks and encouraged to drink, like socialable people do. I have said no before and don't have a problem saying it. I feel a little bad because I know it makes them a little sad I don't want to drink with them. I am a little scared, but I have to see them. That's all, checking in from just outside of Detroit for another 24.
