another 24 for me please. up and down at the moment but still moving forward.

Dealing with depression again, the only good thing is that having been here before, I know that I will feel better again (and hopefully soon). Being low isn't any fun for me or my family.

Hanging out at a bonfire with some extra strong ginger beer. Passing on all the tequila shots. Being a trooper...trying extra hard to maintain my sobriety for this 24 hours! Soooo close to a month. . Strat, thank you for my sugar free slice tonight...yummy!! We just got home from a early night of BINGO at my Rehab Alma Mater. Darn we didn't win any prizes, but lots of fun!
