Yesterday was a really good day. One of those days that are good from start to finish. Nothing particular spectacular or interesting about it (apart from my attitude), just happy to be and feel normal and do normal things in a competent, calm, focused way.
So many things are changing since I quit drinking. There are unexpected benefits for sure.
Congratulations to our milestoners and I'm holding a good thought for anyone in pain or struggling today.

24 more for me, please. Hubby leaves today for the fall touring cycle. He has a U.S. tour until Oct. 11th. That means I deal with the plumbers from here on out. I got this! 24 hours at a time that is.

Congrats to the celebrants! Congrats to all who remain sober today. My thoughts and prayers to those struggling.

Good morning! Its' 6:41 am and I would like one more 24 please.
I found the cure for the insomnia I've been having the past week.
Exercise!
I hadn't been active for a few weeks and then 7 miles of walking yesterday cured me of sleeplessness. I could hardly even get out of bed this morning, hahaha! That's me, all or nothing. (but I slept real good)
