Happy Tuesday! How about some overnight peanut butter oats for breakfast tomorrow? 1/2 cup almond milk, 2 TB salted natural peanut butter, 1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup. Mix, add in 1/2 cup steel cut oats. Make sure all the oats are moistened and cover, place in the fudge over night. Add some fruit at breakfast and you're good to go!
