It's 7:14 here in Utah. I am battling a cold and very sore legs after my race on Saturday and attempting a 5-6 mile run yesterday. No running today. Maybe walking and yoga. Gotta rest those legs, am mountain biking tomorrow morning for the first time in years. And a group run for the first time since moving here tomorrow night. That's my motivation to stay sober.

It's day 4. I am nervous about today. My husband will be at work, and liquor stores are open again. I may check back here a few times for support. I am in for another 24 hours of booze-free life!!!!!
