As always, Kris that post is definitely encouraging so thx to you too. Congrats to celebrants!! I'm only left now w/ a couple hrs left on this first day @ work again. Foot is just sore/achy but can withstand it so very grateful for that. 24 mo pls

Oops I skipped a day I think! And have been getting a bit slack with the time I check in. It's been a stressful and emotionally draining week but yesterday things got much better and today I'm feeling really positive and actually excited for my future. it's not so much that my circumstances are improving drastically but that my mind is much better equipped to deal with everything
Anyway it's 9am here, certainly in for 24 more please

24 more please and a break in this awful weather would be nice too...
Feeling low is made a lot worse by wind, rain and grey skies. Feels like autumn, not spring!
I have a doctors appt in the morning, going to try and get across the her exactly how bad I'm feeling at the moment and ask for a medicine review to try and find something more effective for my depression. Hopefully if I can level my moods out it might help with sleeping too as I'm functioning on around 3-4 hours per night if I'm lucky, and even that is broken sleep interspersed with nightmares at worst, or very vivid dreams that wake me up at best.

Another day done and on looking forward to getting through the weekend. I thought I'd be out here longer, but I'm going home on Monday. One thing I miss when I'm offshore is sleeping in my own bed. Nothing beats that first night's sleep in my bed after a long hitch offshore!!!
