I was thinking more on the line of lobster, shrimp, clams & oysters but, if we catch an ocean perch or something like that...we will break out the tartar sauce! ♡

Some people say monkfish is "poor man's lobster"...
I beg to differ

LOTS of fresh sweet corn stands on the roadside here in WI.
I will have some sent directly to the bus with 'buttah' & bibs♡.

I'd heard of monkfish but didn't know what it looked like. The first person who saw that fish and thought to eat it was brave. But then you could say the same about lobster!
