Hope everyone is having a safe and sober weekend! Love this weather... not hot but not cold, with a gentle breeze. The sun is shining and the air is sweet. I'd love to be at a picnic right now! But oh well, duty calls!!!

Congrats to the milestoners ! Only way to go is ahead !
I had a good day yesterday at the Buddhist exhibition. It wasn't the loveliest of buildings but the exhibition was itself was very serene and one could feel all the positive vibes from the visitors ! I was blessed by a monk for the first time as well. Difficult to say how I felt except when I walked away, I felt a bit 'different'. Had the best ever sleep last night
Another 24 hours of serenity, loving kindness and sobriety pls ! Its 9:20am here and the sun is shining...

Checking in for another 24 please, 00.56 in a wet and windy UK.
Blowing a gale here and raining heavily, this may sound silly but I really like being inside just laying on my bed and listening to the rain on the windows and the sound of the wind. I find it relaxing... I lived on a houseboat for a couple of years and sometimes used to hope for rain just so I could light the fire, get cosy and listen to the sound of it hitting the roof....
Anyway, hope everyone's having a good weekend so far.
Off to bed so I'll have a lurk through the forums tomorrow.
