I've slept for 9 undisturbed hours. That's the 3rd time in 5 years (since I became a parent) that I've slept 6 or more undisturbed hours. Thank you God.
I'm still in the throes of a sore throat/stuffy nose/congested head but I'm feeling much MUCH better and ready to face my family dinner tomorrow completely sober.
It's 6.36am in the UK and day 11 is a good day.
