Having a much better week so far! Not saying everything is going my way, but I'm staying spiritual and on the beam. I can either be an angry alcoholic and possibly lose my sobriety, or I can accept the things I cannot change and be a serene and sober alcoholic. I choose to be at peace!

LOVE the mighty little Nuthatch.
I watch them and they are such determined little birds. They take one seed, purposely, and eat it and then the next. They throw some out and down for the other little songbirds, too. Kinda like us helping one another. With a Purpose. I like that.

Yay, day 2 completed. Still shivering while having hot flushes . Throat and head ache etc and lots of rubbish stuff gone on but I haven't had a drop!
