Congratulations to Jeni and Vandermast on 1 month

I survived my working day yesterday and ducked out of the pub on the way home. Somehow I found the energy to go to the supermarket to do the weekly shop instead.

Its Saturday 8.20am and I'm ready to face the day with a clear head and the food shopping already done...got some great things to do with the children today and so glad I did the ducking!

The accountability of this group really helped me so thanks everyone!

Thanks for the congrats Gilmer! I picked up my 3 month chip this week and what a feeling, know I'm putting action and hard work into my recovery so it felt like a real achievement
