Check in with Class of July 2014
Hi Class,
I was on board for 3 weeks in July 2014 and fell off the wagon after that short time and have been drinking ever since. But as like most of us, who slip back into this addiction I have again realised that this is not conducive to anything and I have found my way back to SR.
I am on Day 4 after of my second attempt to stop (Attempt 1 lasted 2 days) and am determined to keep it going. I have started taking naltrexone to help with cravings and seeing a psychotherapist. First appointment this morning was productive and am going back next week.
Although I failed class of July 2014 I am backing myself for prefect of Class of April 2015. I would be interested to hear from anyone in Class of July 2014 who has managed to remain sober and how your life has changed as a result.

My Fix It, are you accident prone like me?! How exciting to find a fellow injury-prone individual. My pact for the year is no more trips to hospital. My most recent one was in January. It's going well.
