Gwen - I love that quote. Attitude and Gratitude really make all the difference.

I had a bad drinking dream last night and I was so relieved when I woke up. Had some pretty strong triggers at work yesterday so I think my dream life was just processing that. I will stay strong in my waking hours and recognize both the triggers and dreams for what they are - just thoughts or images in my head.

Its 5:26 am here in Milwaukee and I'm in for another sober 24.

Congrats to Bubovski, celebrating 13 months today!

Majoram, glad you're back. Keep checkin' in here everyday and you'll get where you want to be. I look at each sober day as another building block in the foundation of sobriety. Before you know it, you'll have a solid house built that'll help you weather any storm.
