24 Hour Club Sign up Sheet Part 55, All Are Welcome!
Hi Folks, We are so glad you stopped in to make that commitment.
If you are new, that is what we do here.
We commit to staying clean and sober for 24 hours!
This is a club of accountability, if you want accountability you
are in the right place.
Just post your local time and commit. But please only sign in once
daily as this is a sign up sheet to make up our final roster. Thanks

Anniversaries listed are based on consecutive days clean and sober. If I missed a special goal

A little reminder why I stay away from the 1st drink. Because I do not like my
answers to these questions for they were all yes. If you have been sober awhile
it can't hurt to look back now and then as a reminder that there is nothing left in
that bottle and that you have made the right choice in getting sober.
Self Test For Alcoholism
Answer these questions Yes or No as honestly and truthfully as possible.
Do I lose time from work due to my drinking?
Is drinking making my home life unhappy?
Do I drink because I am shy with other people?
Is drinking affecting my reputation?
Do I ever feel remorse after drinking?
Have I gotten into financial difficulties as a result of my drinking?
Do I turn to lower companions and an inferior environment when drinking?
Does my drinking make me careless about my family's welfare?
Has my ambition decreased since drinking?
Do I crave a drink at a definite time daily?
Do I want a drink the next morning?
Does drinking cause me to have difficulty in sleeping?
Has my efficiency decreased since drinking?
Is drinking jeopardizing my job or business?
Do I drink to escape from worries or troubles?
Do I drink alone?
Have I every had a complete loss of memory as a result of drinking?
Has a physician ever treated me for drinking?
Do I drink to build up self-confidence?
Have I ever been in a hospital or institution for my drinking?
If you answered YES to any ONE of these questions, there is a definite warning
that YOU MAY BE AN ALCOHOLIC.
If you answered YES to any TWO of the question, the chances are YOU ARE AN
ALCOHOLIC.
If you answered YES to any THREE OR MORE, YOU ARE DEFINITELY AN ALCOHOLIC.
The test Questions are used by John Hopkins University Hospital, Baltimore,
Maryland, in deciding whether or not a patient is an alcoholic.
It's the first test I got a 100 on. ; )

My little grandson Henry is 3 today. First Tball practice this afternoon. Then a birthday dinner at our house. New fishing rod and soccer ball for him. And some of my cash that didnt go to beer over the last almost 6 months for his college fund. We think he will be a trucker. Loves to hitch stuff to his bike and drag it around the yard.
I will be sober today without a doubt.
