8:25 am on the East Coast. Have a lot of Spring Cleaning type things to do today although it doesn't feel so Spring-y today.

We ARE NOT our past!
Let's enter this day with appreciation and gratitude.
Let's be confident, calm, and positive.
Let's give thanks for this wonderful day.
Let's respect ourselves.
Let's not put anything in our body that will alter our minds. No Alcohol,
No Drugs, No Matter What!
Today let's focus on all we have to be grateful for and stop feeling sorry
for ourselves. There is always someone out there who has it worse off.
We can achieve whatever we set our mind to!
Today let's lighten up and enjoy the day! Have Fun!
Together we can do what we could not do alone! So for this 24 hours
let's not worry, it gets us nowhere anyways.
All we have to be concerned about is today, this 24 hours.
Let's keep it simple!
