My second day today and I'll a very pleased person right now. I really feel my thinking has shifted somehow.
I remember signing up on the forum and then going back to this book I was reading. I just stared at the page for about 15 minutes doing nothing but letting what I'd done on the internet sink in- there wasn't any big reasoning going on and the mind just stayed blank.
Perhaps quitting can be beyond rational thought and instead something more intuitive just clicks and you can keep yourself on the right side of a line- it's like not letting the questions about shall I drink or not really arise...
Beyond that I don't much claim to understand it.
But I think I'm going to do this...

Today is a blank canvas. Today we are brand new.Today we
