It's Friday! What does that mean? It doesn't mean get obliviated.

family, snuggle with a loved one, watch a movie with our kids, play with
our pets.

NOW
"Now is all there is of our lives,"
The next moment, ten minutes from now, two weeks from now--none of
these things is guaranteed.
And what happens two weeks from today is completely out of our control.
What will happen will happen, and we may be able to influence it, but we
certainly can't control it.
The present moment, lived fully with enthusiasm and love and attention
and awareness, truly is all there is of our lives.
And once it's done, it will be replaced by another present moment, another
"now."
When all is said and done, life is simply a series of "nows."
How we live those nows depends on us.
I don't want to stay focused on the rest of my life because if I do, I'm taking
away from the potential of this moment.
At this moment, we have the entire world full of possibilities at our disposal.
If we decide that we want to travel around the world, we have the potential
to do so, if we spend our nows preparing for it and raising the money for it.
If we want a stronger relationship, then we can spend our nows improving
that relationship.
If we want a better job, we can spend our nows learning more about our
company and improving our work performances.
If we want to live free from the past we have to live now. Making good choices now.
Let's not waste the present moment by putting our focus on some future moment that may or
may not get here and as far as the past... It's over, can't change it so let's not dwell on it.
We have a choice we can change our behavior today, now, this moment.
It's all we really have.

Beautiful day here in N. Ohio , I find I wake up before my alarm often these days. A tornado wouldn't wake me up when I was drinking. I want the day to start now, instead of wishing the day would end. Enjoy the day, I hope for strength today for all of us here. 7:46 am , 24 more sounds good.
