Hi Everyone! Another Friday upon us, Remember Fridays are not a time
to reward ourselves with alcohol and drugs. Alcohol and drugs would be
no reward at all. Only a temporary fix with unwanted conseqeunces the next
morning. Consequences which could be life changing and not good at all. I don't
know about you but I enjoy waking up with no guilt, shame and remorse.

Goat here for 24. Got my homegroup tonight. You can tell life is different when you're all excited about your homegroup meeting

Hi everyone. Day 6 for me and I am 30 mins away from siting my long term beer drinking buddy down and saying this weekend is going to be booze free for me. Been ruminating and posting re this all week and now the time has come! Wish me luck!!
