Hi Billy! It's great to hear from you and even better that you are doing well and coping without alcohol. That is something to be proud of!
Yesterday I ran a 5K with my 24 yr old daughter and did great! Now I wouldn't be able to do that if I had spent my Friday night drinking wine, would I? I feel healthy and calmer and grateful.

Hello class nice to see everybody!! That is awesome Kat, Billy great to see you! DD your doing great! Faceit, I agree I think the first two years will be the toughest hopefully after that it is much smoother 
Happy fall to you all too! Its been so hot here we have not got rain for weeks!! The ground has these big cracks in them the grass looks brown everywhere, hopefully we will get some relief soon...Well gang I'm still hooping and loving it! I got pretty good with my hoop, with several tricks....Well gang I have not been on much I have been pretty busy around here, take care!! Lots of Love Nell♥ xoxo

Hello class, I fell again today so it looks like I'm not going to be doing much for awhile. This makes my fourth fall in the past year and half
I actually slipped in my kitchen this morning and down I want with my bad leg under me.....I am always afraid of falling, I hate that I have a bad knee/leg..I think that's why I fall....Any who just a little bored laying here..hope all is well with everyone...I'm still rockin the sober life

My bad knee is pretty swollen feels kinda heavy from it...Hopefully tomorrow it will be much better, I stayed off of it all day and iced it, I really had no choice because its so swollen.. I watched Grey's Anatomy on Netflix all day ..Thanks guys, keep your fingers crossed tomorrow I will wake up at 100% or at least 90%

I'm so sorry about your fall, Nel. I hope you are on your feet and hooping again soon. Your attitude seems good! I'm sorry you were sick Dee.
Everything is good with me. Work is wearing me out and I am still walking and running and I'm too tired to think about alcohol!

Hope you get feeling 100% soon Dee♥...Hey gang my knee is on the mend now if I can learn to stay up right...lol...I am reading this book called Saturation it is pretty good. The women who wrote it drank 4 bottles of wine a day and some vodka daily! It is a good read so far, I am so loving my kindle fire! Haven't been writing much lately, sorry
Work has got me crazed...lots of overtime due to losing a few employees.
Loving the extra $$, much needed. But feeling a bit out of balance.
Not enough time for family and relaxation. Thank God it is a temporary situation, so I'll grab as much o/t as I can right now.
No thoughts of alcohell, no desire either. Hubby and son (now of age) popped open a couple beers last night. D'ya know what first thought came to my mind?
YUK!!!!! That was my thought. Very grateful to not have any desire whatsoever.

Same here faceit no drink thoughts whatsoever ..the thought of it, as you yuk !!
I look at people in bars or drinking in restaurants and think thank god I don't have to do that
I can see the 2 year peak through the mist, keep climbing gang no going back ever, far to dangerous going down.

I have a garage in about 4/5 weeks hopefully the weather is still good and not raining!
