Not a baby person myself, I never had kids, that maternal thing never kicked in for me I guese I just wanted to party and forgot to stop.

I am in the middle of planning a big party for my husband he is turning 60 this month and that is the only reason I am doing it, if it wasn't suck a big birthday I wouldn't. I just wish the party was over and done with . I am still not strong enough for parties and there are going to be a lot of people from our past, big drinking friends and I know I am going to want to join in .

Isn't it 6:15 am on Saturday morning, aussie? Dang girl, you're up early! Happy b-day to your dh..that IS a big one! I hear ya on the party. Maybe you'll be so busy worrying about everyone and everything that you won't have time to think about the drinking thing too much. Or maybe you could make frozen foo foo drinks minus the booze. I plan on havin some a those when we go on vacation.
Speaking of which, my dh asked me what my plans were as far as hitting the bar on vacation. Wow, I thought I was pretty clear over the last 11 mos, but apparently not. Maybe he's in denial. haha I told him I'd go if he wanted me to, but I'm not drinkin. Hopefully he won't overly want to. Oh..and his party here tomorrow is cancelled. Yay.
