i'm starting to get pretty PO'd at all the holiday shoppers driving around talking on their
Cell Phones!

What's even worse is when
The police start to direct the traffic!!!
There's *no* getting through with them!
Just give me the red light. I *know* I'll get through eventually!
They drive me NUTS!
I just finished a bagel with cream cheese, spinach, tomato and red onion sandwich.
It's time for bed and some good dreams!

Teach, you make the bagels sound so easy. Maybe I'll give them a try. Someone told me today that Lox are smoked salmon? I thought they were a type of fish. (As in, "Here come a school of Lox".....)

Lox are smoked salmon.
And it was a fish once,
before it was caught, cut up and smoked!
They're full of Omega 3's to boot, and sooooo good!
Making the bagels are not hard at all.
Just takes a bit of time, that's all.
And, it's *well* worth it!
