Yep, those promises start coming true after Step 9. For now Louis, enjoy where you are, enjoy your vacation with your mum tomorrow, get to some meetings there. Bring your laptop so you can check in with us.

Tan, what's wrong, did it happen at school? That s*cks. Are you icing it or doing anything to help right now?

WHEN YOU THOUGHT I WASN'T LOOKING

A message every adult should read because children
are watching you and doing as you do, not as you say.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you hang my
first painting on the refrigerator, and I immediately
wanted to paint another one.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you feed a
stray cat, and I learned that it was good to be kind
to animals.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you make my
favorite cake for me, and I learned that the little
things can be the special things in life.

When you thought I wasn't looking I heard you say a
prayer, and I knew that there is a God I could always
talk to, and I learned to trust in Him.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you make a
meal and take it to a friend who was sick, and I
learned that we all have to help take care of each other.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw you take care
of our house and everyone in it, and I learned we have
to take care of what we are given.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw how you
handled your responsibilities, even when you didn't
feel good, and I learned that I would have to be
responsible when I grow up.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw tears come
from your eyes, and I learned that sometimes things
hurt, but it's all right to cry.

When you thought I wasn't looking I saw that you
cared, and I wanted to be everything that I could be.

When you thought I wasn't looking I learned most of
life's lessons that I need to know to be a good and
productive person when I grow up.

When you thought I wasn't looking I looked at you and
wanted to say,'Thanks for all the things I saw when
you thought I wasn't looking.'

I'm not sure. I think it may be from all of the writing in class. Although that doesn't even bother it. I'm thinking carpal tunnel or tendonitis. It doesn't hurt all the time but when it does.....ouch!! I'm not doing anything for it right now. Just not moving it the way it hurts.

Hi Stone, nice to see you back posting.

Tan, sorry about the pain, it probably is from writing in class When my daughter was doing hair she would complain all the time about her wrist hurting and the doc said it was carpal tunnel, she wore an elastic brace that went from her hand to her wrist. There is a hole for your thumb and it has a velcro closure.

I am bored. I am too efficient at my job and don't know how to make tasks last for the afternoon. Hence I sit and surf and loaf around the office looking for odd jobs.

I'll make some popcorn now and watch the clock.

They'd be nuts not to hire a prize like me LOL.

I agree!!

It does s*ck when you have to look for things to keep passing the time, I do that at my job, there is so much to do there, but they are all too busy to stop and show me how to do it, so it doesn't get done yet. I just told my boss today that he hired me to get his company on track and no one wants to show me how to do certain things so I can help them become more efficient. Everyone complains they are too busy to do all the things they should be doing, the reason is, they aren't doing anything productive, so nothing is getting done. Normally I can do things on my own, but they have this one program I never worked with and I need to be shown how to use it, then I can work in it myself. (Throwing my hands up) Maybe I'll google it and see if there are directions on how to use it.

My day was great.

I am going to a step meeting. My sponsor will be there. I feel freaky after telling her she pissed me off the other day. She laughed at me about that tho.
