My foot and ankle are still burned from the tea tree oil, the skin there is red and dry still....at leat it has stopped weeping.

What have you been doing all day? you never talk about food anymore. Are you still trying to eat healthy?? Maybe you could consider going back to the gym soon?? What do you think? Do you feel up to that?

Yoga, walk and maybe weights. I have been slipping on the yoga, I do walk everyday but I haven't done any yoga for a while...and I am always meaning to eat better...I do for a while and then slip back to my old bad habits.
