What have you been doing all day? you never talk about food anymore. Are you still trying to eat healthy?? Maybe you could consider going back to the gym soon?? What do you think? Do you feel up to that?

A few questions to ponder...
Yoga, walk and maybe weights. I have been slipping on the yoga, I do walk everyday but I haven't done any yoga for a while...and I am always meaning to eat better...I do for a while and then slip back to my old bad habits.
