It took me two hours to write the letter...was going to write the other two today. But, Scott called me last night...his girlfriend had told him I called about my argument with Kim. Well, we talked for an hour, and wound up both of us crying. He swore he doesn't remember the terrible things she claims he said. It happened when he fell off a ladder and broke his wrist...had no way to get to the hospital...she came and took him to the ER. He was in a lot of pain...then on meds...might have been drinking before it happened, too. He said, "Why would I do that...she's my baby sister. Why would she let all this time go by without saying anything about it to me?"
It was emotionally draining for both of us. He's going to wait a day or so and call her. I told him, if he thought it might wind up being "confrontational" over the phone, he should write to her. But, he says he's not going to weasle out of it...going to call her, no matter what happens. I just thanked him for at least trying to open the door. I hope she'll accept his apology. I really hate all of this!

But which aisle has the cold remedies....5.....6?
or maybe they've moved everything around again :rotfxko
Why does my hoover get so bunged up with muck ( there's never any visible muck) and why is it so difficult to clean the brushes?

It is back to day one for you Least unless you come up with an appropriate whine by the end of the day.

Good Saturday Morning, Whiners! It's a nasty, chilly, rainy day in Jersey!
Looking forward to Cash Bingo at 2:00...won $2. last week...yee-hah!
I'm running a Kentucky Derby pool...$1. a horse...already one of the twenty entrants has been scratched, so I have to refund $1. This really isn't "gambling", per se...just something to break up the monotony.
Although, one of the men said, "You ought to be a bookie." I told him when I die I want my obit to read, "Beloved Bookie."

The bad news and the source for today's whine is I lost my whole stake (80) in one hand of no limit holding when my pair of Kings got beat on the flop by a pair of sixes.
The good news is that I now have something to whine about so the whole experience was a wash.
