i hope your house sells, suzi! there is a lovely yellow 2 story farmhouse down the street from us that went on the market last thursday and is already under contract! i sure hope the housing market continues to turn around and quickly. mr k is pretty busy again with folks inquiring about mortgages. they just need to CLOSE!

i'm priming today. this wrought iron project is a BEAR! lol! it is testing my patience big time. i have done the same project next door in our rental, but somehow i don't remember it being so time consuming over there

mr k is working at home more and more. i do not like it. it gets on my nerves. it feels like there is no beginning or ending to the day. and i don't like having to be quiet. or all his little messes he makes all day long.
