Just saying a quick hi.
I've been very depressed lately-it's been hard to post anything, and sometimes just get through my days here, but I wanted to say hello.
I'm not drinking-I've just been very low.
That said-I do think of you all here in assville.

no matter how low you are feeling hun, remember that these low times do pass
& that you are still kicking ass cos you are sober chickeebabes!

Jules. I'm glad you checked in but sorry that you're down. Very glad you're not drinking though! That is something positive I hope you know by now.You're missed here

Good morning bottom dwellers! It's a cold morning here in Ohio. Trying to motivate myself to do some chores around the house that I've been putting off, like cleaning the basement. And if I have enough energy and ambition I'll rake leaves in the back yard. But for now I'm enjoying my second cup of coffee.

friggin cold here!!!!! coffees about ready...then I'm out the door to try and be of service to my co-workeres....went a little better when i looked at it that way yesterday
