It's really hard to admit, even though I have NEVER been able to control my using after I take the first pill, line, injection, etc.. I repeat the same action over and over and over, telling myself that this time I'll just do it the one time. It's crazy because it's taken me 13 years of repeating disaster after disaster to finally realize that this is NOT something that I can control on my own. I need HELP. This is also really simple. I don't need to sit down and write out a bunch of questions and answers. I just need to realize that when it comes to my addiction, it doesn't matter how many different ways I try to go it alone, I CANNOT SOLVE THIS PROBLEM WITHOUT HELP.
