Anyone ever had this happen to them?
Hi guys, just after a little advice if anyone can relate to this. I have PTSD. Last week at work I encountered a smell that really triggered me. I thought I was ok but I threw up when I got home and I've felt unwell with nausea, stomach pain and aches for the past 4 days, gradually feeling better each day. I was just wondering, could this unwell feeling be related to being badly triggered or am I over thinking this and it's just a random flu thing?

I was intrigued with your question and hoped that someone knowledgeable would pop over and offer a comment. I have PTSD and don't think I've ever been negatively triggered by a smell.
